My Why

One of my key values is teamwork – for me, collaborating and co-creating with others is what gets me out of bed in the morning.  Helping make a difference is what truly drives me.

How I work

I have a natural bias towards action and creativity.  My ethos is based on ego-free coaching and consulting that lends itself to co-creating with my clients.

What I do

I develop and facilitate workshops focused on adaptive change and organisation development and am an accredited ICAgile trainer for Coaching Agile Transformations.  I coach individuals from professional through to Executive level and coach teams on creating leveraged performance, particularly self-organising teams. I love working with clients to co-create development solutions either through training, coaching or partnered consultancy – I provide a process to help them to do their own best thinking. I’ve facilitated everything from consultation focus groups to Board strategy sessions.  I am also an author of multiple books including Coaching Self-organising Teams (2021) 50 Top Tools for Coaching 5th Edition (2021) How to Create a Coaching Culture 2nd Edition (2018) Group Coaching (2013)

What I love

I love dancing and especially the Argentine Tango and take regular dancing lessons.  I am also a trained singer and sing with the WASO Choir in Perth.
