Background

Natalie is a Psychologist, with a Masters in Organisational Psychology, and accredited by the International Society for Coaching Psychology. Since her registration as a psychologist in 2006, she has practiced in a range of settings including private practice and the corporate sector, and has a particular interest in supporting people to affect positive changes in their work and personal lives. Her work both locally and abroad has given her a deeper appreciation for individual differences and she is passionate about meeting people where they are in their wellbeing journey.

 My Why

I am deeply passionate about individual wellbeing and how this translates into workplace success; I am committed to helping employees at all levels to be healthier, more resilient, and deeply engaged.

How I work

I have specialised skills in HR consultancy including career transition, leadership coaching, psychometric assessment and mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Developed across my career as a consultant and practitioner, my collaborative and consultative approach has earned me the respect of a trusted advisor among my client base.

I continue to work with individuals as part of my own private practice. In addition, I enjoy coaching and facilitating to wider audiences and teams within organisations on a range of topics including: Creating Mentally Healthy Workplaces, Assertiveness & Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Wellbeing, and High Performing Teams.

Through facilitation and coaching, I support leaders, executives, and high potential individuals as part of targeted interventions such as leadership development programs, often utilising psychometric assessment results to enhance self-awareness and drive behavioural change. Drawing upon these insights, I support people to identify and implement practical strategies to increase their effectiveness as leaders.

What I do

I bring an evidence-based approach to coaching and facilitation and am intentional about creating a safe space for genuine empathy and collaboration, in order to drive action and enable positive and self-initiated change. I am dedicated to helping people connect to what truly matters to them, to harness their strengths, and to translate what emerges into practical solutions.

What I love

Prioritising time with family and friends, nature walks, reading, and developing my yoga practice.
