Gordon is a Change Management Professional, Consultant, Facilitator and Executive Coach. He has attained the Change Management Institute’s status as a Change Manager Master. Gordon holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, a diploma in Professional Coaching and has undertaken post graduate studies in Organisational Development and Industrial Relations.

Gordon is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a certified member of the Australian Institute of Human Resources. Other accreditations of Gordon’s are the: Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Integral Development 360 Feedback Tools, the Human Synergistics LSI/GSI, the Team Synergy Scale (TSS), The CLS 360, Change Management Foundation (APMG) and Change Management Practitioner (APMG).

Over his 30 plus year career, Gordon has extensive experience in change management, organisation development, strategy, facilitation, organisation reviews, leadership and management development, coaching, capability frameworks, performance management, learning and development, sales training and sales management training. This experience has come from working within organisations as an internal manager and consultant as well as working as an external consultant.

Gordon was the founding Board Chair and is a current Director of the not-for-profit organisation, Eating Disorders Families Australia.

Gordon is passionate about helping organisations improve their performance through their people. My years of education, training and experience in human resources and relationships has helped me appreciate the power that getting the people dimension right, has on these financial essentials”.

Gordon is highly regarded for his conceptual skills and the strategic approach he brings to his consulting assignments. As a coach, Gordon provides a highly supportive and safe environment. He then assists his clients to challenge their past thinking and behaviour patterns to find for themselves more positive behaviours that will enable the client to move towards the goals they have set for themselves.
