I am a Clinical Neuropsychologist with over 25 years of global experience working in both public and private sectors as a leadership development specialist and coach. My advanced understanding of neuroscience and the interplay of cognitions, emotions and behaviour has enabled me to assist clients build high performing teams, achieve positive organisational outcomes and realise their full potential.

Background

I am a fully registered Psychologist with a Clinical Neuropsychology endorsement and over 25 years of experience. I have worked in Canada, UK, Singapore and Australia. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, a Graduate Diploma in Health Psychology and a Doctor of Psychology (Clinical Neuropsychology). I am a published author and a regular guest speaker on Disrupt Radio's 'Entrepreneur Her’.

My Why

I am passionate about leveraging the latest neuroscientific research and teaching individuals and teams how to gain access to more of their brain’s potential. I help people to ‘rewire their brain’ and boost well-being and optimism, through promoting the release of 'happy' chemicals in the brain. This leads to higher productivity and greater success in work and in life.

How I Work

Highly organised and solutions oriented, clients value my knowledge, clear communication, high energy and versatility. I listen to what is important for the individual or team and what outcome they are trying to achieve. I work collaboratively to find the best way forward and am solutions-focused. I am proactive and motivated and I like to have some fun as well (we learn better when we are happy).

What I Do

I have consulted to CEOs and senior executives with some of the largest and most successful organisations across all major industries. I have facilitated and delivered over 200 successful leadership programs for executive level staff, and successfully coached hundreds of managers and professionals. I enjoy coaching anyone who is interested in learning and building self-awarenss, and motivated to change.

What I Love

I have always been active and enjoy gym, hiking, dog walking and a variety of team sports. I currently play cricket, and past sports have included badminton, netball, triathllon and even ulitmate frisbee! My cavoodle is a great way to get me outside early in the day, and get my dopamine levels up with a dose of sunshine. I have traveled to nearly 50 countries and love meeting people and learning about different cultures. Also enjoy board games and puzzles.
