How technology can help teams be anti-fragile

Rashmi Sharma leads Global Learning & Wellbeing in SE Asia & Australia NZ for Unilever - one of the top 5 multinational consumer goods companies owning 400 brands including Dove, Lipton, Ben & Jerry's, Rexona, Magnum and Omo.

Rashmi is passionate about leadership development, learning & wellbeing. She has worked across Asia in global, regional and local leadership L&D roles for over 14+ years for companies including Unilever, IBM and Aon Hewitt. She was featured by People Matters Magazine as one of the top 25 HR professionals in India, and the HR professional in the Economic Times Young Leaders List, 2013. Rashmi’s favorite word is antifragile – the skill of gaining from disorder, which she believes is a key skill for a rapidly evolving future. Rashmi and our CEO Jonah Cacioppe will chat about how COVID-19 unfolded for Unilever in SE Asia and how they responded. How Unilever is supporting staff learning and wellbeing through the pandemic and how it will change (or not) Unilever’s approach to learning & wellbeing? They'll also discuss technology and what the future of work and workplace learning & wellbeing looks like.
