My why

His personal purposive motive is his family (wife and 2 children). However, Sandy’s professional purpose motive can be summarised in 5 words – performance enhancement and personal growth. He likes helping people enjoy getting better at whatever they do.

How I work

To facilitate self-awareness among individual clients Sandy often administers one or two diagnostics he is accredited in using followed by multi-sourced (360 degree) feedback procedures. He then coaches clients using appropriate coaching frameworks. He uses a similar approach to group work and has significant experience working with teams and organisations.

What I do

Sandy has delivered coach education programs in several countries and has consulted with the Cricket Boards and national teams of Australia, India, Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe and also Perth-based Australian Football League (AFL and WAFL), Hyundai A-League, National Basketball League and Rugby teams. He has also consulted with wide ranging business clients including local and State government departments (Sport & Recreation, Health), banks, and resource companies. He currently consults with Ascend Physiotherapy, PGA, and WAIS.

What I love

I love watching my wife and children enjoy sport, our pets, reading, live music and golf.
