Rudi is an Operational Excellence professional, Leadership Coach and Facilitator. His first career spanned 15 years as a Technology Consultant in the Teleco, Airlines and Government sectors in Australia, South-East Asia and The Netherlands. Following this, he joined Accenture Technology Consulting and later, Deloitte.

He is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile, Lectical Decision Making Assessment, Structural Dynamics, and Trauma Releasing Exercises. He has completed Level 1 Internal Family Systems and is in his final year of his Somatic Experiencing Training. 

Background

I am Operational Excellence professional, Leadership Coach and  Facilitator. My first career spanned 15 years as a Technology Consultant in the Teleco, Airlines and Government sectors in Australia, Singapore and The Netherlands. Following this, I joined Accenture and later, Deloitte. 

I am accredited as a Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation and coached leaders at McKinsey & Co, Bain & Co, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, Caterpillar, Genentech, Rio Tinto, BHP and University of Melbourne.

I hold a Bachelor of Information Technology, an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
