My Why

I enjoy working with individuals and teams to help them better understand their strengths and human potential.  I like to take a holistic approach when working with my clients and I love seeing them embrace their uniqueness through their strengths, so they not only have a successful career, but one they love, and one that sees them flourish professionally and personally.  My main strengths are:  honesty, humility, moral compass, resolver, and curiosity.

How I work

I will listen, ask you lots of questions, look for patterns and get beneath the surface.  I’m honest, I will share my observations with you but most importantly we will work together, collaboratively, on what YOU wish to achieve.  My role is to be your thinking partner, help you achieve your goals, discover your strengths, gain insights and awareness.  I’m warm, friendly, enjoy building rapport and getting to know you.  I will challenge and stretch you when I need to.  What I won’t do is to tell you what to do, affirm victimhood behaviours; or do the work for you.  I will support and guide you with your thinking, your goals, any self-limiting beliefs and be with you every single step of the way.

What I do

I coach individuals at all levels of an organisation from frontline managers to senior executives.  I have facilitated workshops including creating a positive culture, stress management, having difficult conversations, team strengths and mindfulness.

What I love

I love being in nature, practising mindfulness, going to the movies, theatre, ballet, and I’m a keen fencer (foil sword).  I’m also a crazy cat lady - I have a huge heart for all animals, big and small.
