My Why

My purpose in life is to learn how to live well and to support others to do the same.

How I work

My approach draws from coaching, positive and humanistic psychology, and is underpinned by the lifestyle medicine framework for prevention and performance.  I see my clients as the expert on themselves and their needs, and engage as a reflective partner in their process.

What I do

I help organisations get their teams’ design and supporting structures right to ensure better outcomes. As a coaching psychologist, I help people close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

I also have a private practice in psychology, supporting people to build more sustainable and healthy lifestyles, and to have better connections through their personal relationships.

What I love

I love learning about how to live well, having creative conversations, exploring my growth edge, and going for very long walks.
