The Integral Quarterly

In preparing this letter of quarterly updates, I have become aware of how grateful I am in working with coaches, facilitators, partners, colleagues and investors who share a joint vision to transform the world with better leaders.

At the beginning of the year we announced that we would be moving towards a new model which utilises our platform and aims to be open, collaborative and supportive with a broad network of partners that share our values.

Today, we are extremely grateful to see this vision realised every day with more fantastic coaches and organisations joining us and we cannot wait to share with you some of the work we have been doing together over the coming months.

Announcing New Partners

We are very excited to see more and more partners join us every week to deliver transformative programs. More formal introductions will come but today we want to take the opportunity to thank our latest Partners: The Australian Graduate School of Management, Ben Pronk of Mettle, Claire McKendrick, Colin Kavooris, Ed Benier and Scott Erskine at Modal, Emma Fallourd, Garry Hunt, Henry Atturo, James Donald, Phil Haberland, Sue Rolinson and Thomas International.

All of the above bring unique skill sets and experiences, and we will introduce each one of them closer over the coming weeks.

Introducing Group Coaching

Further, we have recently launched Group Coaching programs for a large organisation in the mining industry. This program will see the participants kick off with a a couple of immersion days that sets the tone and then unfolds into the fortnightly group coaching sessions to further embed learning and share knowledge.

The program is based on a pilot which saw greater learning and engagement from participants compared to previous programs where the participants gathered for workshops on a monthly basis.

The interest in group coaching – or smaller, more frequent workshops – has grown over the last year and continues to grow as our environment has changed with restrictions placed on larger group gatherings and an increased need for online learning which is more suited to shorter durations.

Building a high-performing culture

Our platform, Able, supports variations of programs that combines coaching, group coaching and workshops.
