Integral Partners.

Our Terms & Conditions for Partners.

Partner Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining our platform (Able) and community of Partners. To use our platform and join our partner network & community, you need to sign a Partner Agreement. The agreement encapsulates our promise to you, the services we will support you with, how we you can share revenue through our platform and how you, we and other partners collaborate to deliver great programs and projects.

Partner Options

We have two different options, a Partner Services Agreement and a Casual Employment Agreement.
You are welcome to pick the agreement type that reflects your needs and circumstances.

The Partner Services and Casual agreements are the same in how you can use our platform, how we serve partners and collaborate together. However the are some payout features, legal aspects and insurance differences you need to be aware of that are outlined in the table below. The main differences are

  • Partner Services Agreement: best if you have your own company brand, business & ABN, and are registered for GST. You’ll also need to manage your own tax, super & GST payouts and insurance coverage.

  • Partner Casual Agreement: best if you don’t have your own business & ABN, and you would like us to payout your tax, super and have insurance coverage provided.

Differences Between Agreements

Further Information

Both agreements include the same Related Documents: Schedule 1 (the “Partner Form”); our Terms of Use (for Participants or Users of our Services), our Privacy Policy; the Definitions & Interpretation; and one of two Terms & Conditions (outlined below). Collectively this forms either a “Partner Services Agreement” or a “Casual Employment Agreement” with you and us. The two types of Terms & Conditions are very similiar and share many of the same features. You can see them both here:

  1. Integral Partner – Partner Services Agreement

  2. Integral Partner – Casual Employment Agreement

You can find further information about our agreements in the legal and insurance sections of our Partner Guide, or book a call > here.
Please read our Agreement carefully before proceeding with any use of our Platform.
