My Why

I love having discussions with people about what makes a great leader and how we can all do that better. I like working through problems with people to find the best solution forward.

How I work

Being military trained, I’m action oriented and work to strict deadlines, however, I’m philosophical and enjoy debating existing leadership theories and how they can be applied in a practical and useful way.

“As always I gained so much from the session, so I guess I find it easy to stay tuned in when it is so relevant to the work we do on a day to day basis.”

“Thank you for what has been such a good year of learning!! I have enjoyed it so much, and now have this “what now feeling” haha Thanks for been {sic} a great support.”

“A big thank you to you and your team, I thoroughly enjoyed the last 10 months. I’ve learnt a lot and have taken many great things from the course that I will put into my everyday life. You were by far the best facilitator I’ve sat before! Every session was a winner!”

“Thank you for the session on Projects and Risk Management yesterday, I thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt enough to apply to our Project and day to day business.”

“I also wanted to give you some feedback on Megan. All your facilitators are great and know what they’re talking about, but I found Megan did a great job of teaching this unit and you could see her enthusiasm and passion when we were coming up with our own visions. She really got involved with us.”

What I do

I facilitate workshops, coach people at all levels from frontline to Executive, and provide advice to organisations wanting to improve and develop their capability. I prefer working with individuals or small groups to be more specific with potential strategies but happy to engage large groups when required. I use experiential learning and practical examples to apply the knowledge.

What I love

I love exploring the world on foot, yoga, mountain biking and snow skiing.
