What Can You Expect from Coaching?

In your first coaching session, you and your coach will get to know each other. You will go over your coaching form and discuss your vision and goals. There is nothing to be nervous about, coaching is a collaborative and personalised process designed to facilitate new thinking and positive change. It's all about you, and for you to maximise your personal and professional capacity.

All we ask for your first session is that you take some time to reflect on your role as a leader and the changes you might want to achieve during your program. Don't worry if you can't come up with anything, sometimes the things we want to work on are only apparent after the first session.
