Individual Assessments
(Self report only).

 
  • Integral Personality Type Indicator (IPTI): Developed by our Chairman Dr. Ron Cacioppe and based on the MBTI’s Jungian dimensions of personality based on 4 diametric dimensions; E-I, S-N, T-F, J-P.

  • Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI): Jungian dimensions of personality x4 diametric dimensions.

  • Print Unconscious Motivators Tool: This tool gives participants an understanding of what their unconscious motivators, triggers and shadow behaviours are. Comes in all sorts of reports with career planning options.

  • Personal Values Assessment (PVA): Individuals’ personal values.

  • Hogan Personality Inventory: Personality, derailment characteristics, values and reasoning ability. Also have a Safe System report.

  • EQi 2.0: Emotional and social strengths and weaknesses.

  • Management Effectiveness Profile System (MEPS): A set of task, personal and interpersonal skills.

  • Lumina Spark: Personality and behavioural tendencies.

  • Lumina Select: This measures Competency Potential by exploring behavioural tendencies and aligning them to role requirements.

Individual Assessments (360 or 90 degree). 

 
  • Integral Leadership & Management Profile (LMP): This is the Integral standard 360º based on Ron Cacioppe and Simon Albrecht’s research. It is based around the Integral 4 quadrant model, a review of leadership research & existing 360º profiles, & Robert Quinn’s 8 roles of leadership and management.

  • Integral Leadership Development Profile (LDP): Skills and behaviour framework developed Ron Cacioppe for the WA Public sector. For Managers and professionals in public service Different survey levels cater for managers at levels 7 to class 4 in the public service and non-managerial professionals.

  • Integral Professional Development Profile (PDP): Comprehensive 360º for personal and professional development based on the Integral Model of Leadership and Management.

  • Integral Leadership & Management EQ Profile (LMP-EQ): Comprehensive 360º for personal and professional development based on the Integral Model of Leadership and Management and Goleman’s dimensions of emotional intelligence.

  • Integral Professional Development Profile (PDP-EQ): Comprehensive 360º for personal and professional development based on the Integral Model of Leadership and Management and Goleman’s dimensions of emotional intelligence.

  • Integral Leadership Skills Assessment: A tool usually based on a unique set of competencies that a client is wanting to have developed in a leadership program. This is generally a 90º degree survey seeking feedback from the participant and their manager.

  • EIPSL 360º (Level 1, 2 & 3): Comprehensive 360º for principals & senior school leaders based on the Integral School Empowerment Model and the AITSL Professional Practices for Principals and there is also version for deputies and senior leaders.

  • Integral Higher Education Leadership Profile (IHELP): A specific 360º profile based on competencies for university and higher education (TAFE, colleges).

  • Life Styles Inventory (LSI): Drivers of behaviour through the lens of Constructive, Aggressive-Defensive and Passive-Defensive constructs.

  • Management Impact (M/I), Leadership Impact (L/I): These two tools assess the degree to which a leader is having a constructive impact on the people around them – one from a leadership perspective and the other from a management end.

  • EQi2.0: Emotional and social strengths and weaknesses 

Team/Group Assessments.

 
  • Integral Team Effectiveness Measure (ITEM): The degree of team effectiveness compared to a norm; based on Integral 4 quadrant & Adair’s research on team effectiveness.

  • Integral Team Roles Profile (ITRP): Measures and describes the preferred roles team members and entire team. Based on Belbin’s Team Role profiles.

  • Integral My Contribution to the Team: Self-estimate of a person’s contribution to the team they are in, based on three dimensions.

  • Group Styles Inventory (GSI): The team’s modus operandum vs. the 12 styles.

  • Team Synergy Scale (TSS): Aspects of team performance, plus the extent of team synergy.

  • Lumina Team: It measures team behavioural/personality preferences and portrays them onto a Team mandala.

Organisational Assessments.

 
  • Integral Organisational Survey (IOS): The Integral Organisational Survey assists clients understand how close they are to being an ‘Integral Organisation’ and covers organisational efficiency, effectiveness, culture, and people well being.

  • Integral Board Survey: Measures 8 dimensions of Boards and Board rating of CEO competencies. Gives profile of how Board has these characteristics.

  • Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI): Actual vs. Preferred culture, via the 12-styles Circumplex.

  • Organisational Effectiveness Inventory (OEI): Companion to the OCI, measures the Causal Factors and Outcomes of culture.

  • Cultural Values Assessment (CVA): Organisation-level values plotted on 7 levels of leadership/organisational consciousness, and their fit with the motivations of employees.
