The Power of Group Coaching

Enquiries for Group Coaching programs have grown over the last twelve months and continues to grow as our environment has changed with restrictions placed on larger group gatherings and an increased need for online learning which is more suited to shorter durations.

Our clients can see the benefits of having their leaders and other staff engaged in small group learning of around 6 individuals. We see group coaching as a process that leverages the experiences, resources and strengths of individuals, which may or may not work together, to the benefit of the group, across departments and the organisation. This unique process, when lead by our professionals, allow for individual and group insights through a facilitated process that creates psychological safety and at the same time, encourages participants to extend their comfort zones. The participants learn faster and deeper from hearing first-hand accounts from their peers which the coach can match with relevant models and experiences. To maximise learning and reaching outcomes beneficial to each individual and the whole group we ask all group members to:

  • Having a collaborative mindset and foster support to reach goals

  • Listening actively and being curious to probe peers

  • Respecting confidentiality to build trust

  • Providing honest and compassionate feedback

  • Stepping outside their comfort zones
