Modern Leaders: Regressing, Rebelling or Radically Readjusting?
Over the last few years, strong domineering, ‘my way or the highway’ leaders have emerged in the US and internationally. Yet, recent leadership theory and research shows that inclusive, relationship-oriented, adaptable, authentic leadership results are more effective.
Professor Ron Cacioppe shares his experience and insights during his year at Antioch University, a university committed to social equality, and his on-the-ground experience with leaders and workers in Donald Trump’s America. Ron explores and explains the contrast between the turmoil and tension that is happening between leadership ideas and practice, and future directions for Australian leaders.
Ron will present his insights in the Auditorium of the City of Perth Library - 573 Hay St, Perth WA 6000
