Integral Development was requested to put in a strategic planning proposal to provide and build leadership capability. The shire was particularly concerned with teamwork amongst senior leaders and community engagement.
Integral Development worked with the shire of a 2-year period to design and deliver improvements to organisational performance. The key intervention was the development of the community strategic plan that outlined focus areas and objectives.
The strategic plan was refined through key stakeholder engagement and implementing a managerial workshop to develop organisational vision on the key focus areas.
Integral Development engaged in extensive consultation with community members to adjust and refine the long-term direction embedded in the strategic plan. This work included the facilitation of planning sessions to outline the actions, resources, and timelines for the implementation of the strategic plan.
