Leadership development, coaching and assessment surveys
Rocky Bay, a well-respected and successful not-for-profit organisation providing support for people living with a disability in Western Australia contacted Integral Development for help in designing a tailored leadership development program.
The client organisation wanted to instil a higher level of leadership and management skills in its senior professionals and managers.
Integral Development proposed two integrated solutions:
- A leadership program with their senior group of professionals and managers
- A recognised Diploma of Management with their emerging leaders.
The program for the senior managers included the Integral Leadership and Management Profile and coaching, allowing professionals and managers to gain a better sense of their own performance and the challenges facing the organisation.
Highly relevant workshops occurred in conjunction with the leadership programs to ensure the skills learned would be channelled back into the organisation, and felt by those depending on this service.
- Participants developed effective and up-to-date leadership skills.

- Staff developed interpersonal skills to make a difference to people's lives.
