Verity brings over ten years experience working in development communications and behavioural and organizational change to her consulting work at Integral Development. She has specialised in accelerating social and economic development in Indigenous and developing communities in Australia and internationally; and has worked with the public and private sectors, not for profits, the education sector and Indigenous organisations.

Verity uses communications as a tool to solve problems – individual, team, organisational and/or systems. She works as a translator or a cultural bridge to help clients build better relationships with their employees, customers and their community.
 
Her approach to consulting encompasses coaching, innovative facilitation processes, stakeholder engagement, research, project design, development and management.
 
Clients and colleagues appreciate Verity’s positive and energetic outlook on life, her ability to listen, her creative logic and capacity to ask probing questions that help take conversation and comprehension to a deeper level.
 

Qualifications 

Verity holds a Masters in Communications, a Bachelor of Journalism and is a qualified NLP Practitioner and Integral Embodiment practitioner. 

Industry Experience

Verity has worked as a consultant for 5 years with a wide variety of clients including, The Smith Family, developing a school and community hub; The Department of Agriculture and the Noongar Land Enterprise Group, a six month project involving business planning and the development of a Corporate Strategy and Communications Plan; a six month project with Prime Minister & Cabinet on an audit of Aboriginal employment in the Gold Fields; a nine month project with the City of Albany to develop their Indigenous Employment and Training Strategy. She has also helped develop many Reconciliation Action Plans for a range of organisations; and has worked with a multitude of agencies including, Curtin University, various government departments and schools, Diabetes WA, Indigenous Business Australia, Kim Bridge & Associates, Megara, Code Switch, Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia, RAC and the National Employment Association.
 
Prior to starting her own business, Verity led a major project for the Centre for International Health at Curtin University.

For the last three years, Verity has been studying and practicing diverse approaches to cultivating greater human potential. Her interest, passion, skills and experience drive her to be genuinely invested in the personal and professional development of her coaching and consulting clients.
