As Managing Director, Travis is deeply passionate about innovation and unlocking value for organisations. Travis enjoys working with large corporates, not-for-profits and the public sector to tackle innovation and change management projects.

Travis applies his knowledge of psychology, business, innovation and governance as well as his process improvement skills, providing leadership to the business and managing operations and staff. Travis enjoys solving complex strategic and innovation challenges and accelerating change in organisations via modern approaches to groundswell innovation.

Passions

Travis enjoys volunteering around various social causes and has mentored as part of the UniMentor program for other post-graduate students at UWA. Travis sits on various Not for Profit boards, tackling issues such as community education and homelessness.
 

Qualifications 

Travis holds an MBA from UWA, a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact at UWA and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Travis is GAICD as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course, part of his board education.

He is also a certified greenbelt in Six Sigma, a quality and process improvement focused methodology which he has used to leverage best practice efficiency outcomes for Integral Development and it’s clients. Travis is also an accredited Integral coach, utilising 360 Surveys and his business oriented approach to support his coachees. 


Industry experience

Travis began his career as corporate project and process lead at a fortune 500 Top 5 company, leading multi-million dollar projects and managing 5 operations centres across three time zones. SInce then. Travis has worked with large corporates, not-for-profits and the public sector to tackle innovation and strategy problems on the front line through to the executive and strategic level, including fostering a culture of innovation. 

Combining his background knowledge of business management and psychology with the experience he gained from working on the business at a strategic level, Travis quickly developed his skills in the overall leadership of the business. Travis manages various key strategic initiatives and works closely with the staff, consultants, and the board. Travis manages the strategy, business plan, finances and staff and consultant operations while ensuring customer service and relations are at the forefront of how Integral Development operates.
