Patrick brings a range of specialist, diverse and complex corporate and clinical governance services to large multifaceted organisations, in addition to his handling of versatile leadership, strategy and organisational performance assessments.
Patrick holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Social Work, a Bachelor of Arts, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Patrick Marwick has over a 10 years’ experience as a Clinical Director and Executive Director of such organisations as the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS). During his stewardship, Patrick was responsible for over 2,000 staff, a budget of over $230 million, 7 inpatient units and 40 community sites.
Patrick’s previous experience prior to joining Integral Development extended to service delivery and infrastructure development, and the implementation of major reform programs.
Patrick has a passion for aligning strategy, leadership and performance in order to drive innovation, reform management and effective staff engagement.
