Michael’s brings a blend of experience to the corporate, not-for-profit and consultancy arenas, along with an appreciation of the interconnectedness of organisational development, human resource management and leadership development.

Michael specialises in leadership development, strategic planning and psychological and organisational assessment, and is heavily involved in facilitating reviews, organisational change processes and future planning.
Michael holds an MPS from Loyola University of Chicago, a BPsych from Edith Cowan University as well as a BA and a BSc from the University of Western Australia and a DipT from Victoria.
Michael is also a registered psychologist and lecturer at the UWA School of Economics and Commerce in Organisational Structure and Design.
Michael has held management roles in a variety of organisations, including large multinationals. He has also worked as a consultant psychologist with the recruitment firm, GDA, in psychological assessment, outplacement and HR consulting.
As a consultant, Michael has worked with clients from a broad range of sectors, from mining to financial services, from IT to health, human services and education.
