Megan specialises in organisational learning and development, facilitation and business improvement, and provides interactive training programs with a focus on improvement strategies and change management.
Megan holds a Masters in Adult and Vocational Education from Griffith University in Queensland, a Bachelor in Business (Marketing) from Edith Cowan University.
Megan has more than 25 years’ experience in leadership and operational management, in addition to 15 years’ experience in the development and facilitation of training programs and business improvement through all organisational levels.
She also has many years of experience in operational management, having served as an officer in the Australian Regular Army within the corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (RAEME).
Most recently, Megan has gained experience as an external training provider in the not-for-profit and energy sectors.
Curriculum development and evaluation:
Megan is passionate about adult and vocational education and training, as well as instructional design strategies for diverse groups of learners and settings in workplace and community context.
Psychological development and learning:
Megan’s strong problem solving and analytical abilities have allowed her to apply psychological theories to expertise development in adolescent and adult learning.
Megan co-authored the book ‘Managing Difficult People and Poor Performance’ with Dr. Ron Cacioppe. When Megan is not coaching or facilitating she is off leading treks in far off places like Nepal, Tanzania, PNG and Peru.
