Liz is a consultant and Executive Coach based in Perth, Western Australia who brings to her coaching practice twenty years of executive and management experience.

Liz is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She brings her extensive leadership and people development experience to her coaching, with a focus on executive coaching, leadership development, women in leadership, and working globally.
Taking a whole person developmental approach to coaching, Liz supports individuals and teams build confidence, awareness and capabilities to meet the demands and challenges of leadership and change at all levels of organisational life. As an executive coach, she helps people develop focus, structure and direction, and respond to life with more confidence and meaning. She uses an action learning and pragmatic approach to support individuals to move towards their full potential and aspirations.


Liz was a WA Telstra Business Women's Award winner in 2009, and won a Public Service Medal Award (PSM) in the 2014 Australian Honours for outstanding public service.

Liz holds a Masters Degree in Adult Education with a research focus on developing learning organisations, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and Communications, post-graduate qualifications in Adult and Tertiary Education and Linguistics. She holds an ICF recognised Professional Coaching Certification.

Industry experience

The last nine years as the CEO of a large multi-award winning public sector organisation, with 1,000 staff and commercial contracts in thirteen countries including Chile, East Timor, India, Indonesia, Mauritius, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, China and Cambodia. She has also lived and worked internationally in Japan, Fiji and Sri Lanka for extended periods of time.


Liz lives in Perth with her husband and family, and when she is not coaching is inspired by hiking in the many great mountain ranges of the world and the forests of Western Australia
