Jill works with her coaching clients to assist them to reappraise their mindset, get clear about what they can influence and focus on what they are actually going to DO differently.
She also works more broadly in the leadership development and culture diagnostic and transformation areas. Jill’s work is underpinned by the philosophy that the relationship with the client exists best as a partnership. This is particularly so when gathering feedback in organisations – her firm belief is that the knowledge and wisdom resides in the individual/group/team/organisation and that one of her roles is simply to gather and collate the data. This becomes information when she is able to work with stakeholders to assist them make sense of the feedback and more importantly, develop actions from it.
Jill graduated from Curtin University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Business and is a senior consultant and executive coach with Integral Development.
Jill has completed her Diploma in Coaching with Coach School WA and has partially completed her Masters in Education, studying the relationship between organisational design and change.
Jill has worked closely with Executive teams and and/or coached staff at the Catholic Education Commission, Opus Engineering, Perth Airport, BGC Contracting, Rugby WA, Department of Agriculture and Food WA, City of Swan, Barminco, Goldfields Australia, Fremantle Football Club, BHP Billiton Nickel West, BHP Billiton Iron Ore Major Projects, CSBP, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Disability Services Commission, Public Sector Commission and Department of Housing recently.

Jill’s coaching and consulting experience has been primarily with Executives and senior managers and leaders in the private and public sector in WA over the last 20 years. Her passion is assisting individuals, teams and organisations discover and gain clarity about what is not always initially visible in their thinking, leadership style or culture. Using a respectful and direct facilitation/coaching approach, Jill then assists her clients to work with their new insights to build plans of action towards an agreed new direction.
She has also developed and designed bespoke 360 tools for clients and debriefed over 600 360 inventories for clients.
