Antonia has extensive on the job experience in customer service, business development and community facilitation. She is passionate about helping individuals and businesses realise their full potential and achieving their desired outcomes through her services as a coach and facilitator.

Antonia believes in the mantra ‘when you’re clear, anything is possible' and applies this mantra to her work, guiding clients to achieve greater clarity about their goals and how specifically they are going to achieve them. Through asking powerful questions and putting in place robust processes that tap into the depth of knowledge held by clients, Antonia believes she can help them realise their full potential and solve issues and challenges they face now and in the future.

Qualifications

Antonia holds a Masters of Arts from Cambridge University, and a Diploma of Professional Coaching from the Coach School WA.

She is accredited in: The Integral Leadership Development Profile, The Print Corporate Profile, The Print Careers Profile, The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (Part One), The Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults.

Industry experience

Antonia’s on-the-job experience includes working with Cathay Pacific and the Swire Group in Hong Kong in staff management practice, customer service delivery and project management. She has worked at the Spotless Group alongside the Managing Director of Spotless Linen Services WA in a business development role, and was personally responsible for researching, developing and delivering a new product and service to the aged care market.  She has extensive small business experience through three family businesses: Listen Clothing, the Tap Doctor and Wise Wine.

Since qualifying with the Diploma in Professional Coaching in 2010, Antonia has worked with children, adults, executives and small businesses helping them to achieve their goals. Antonia has recently worked as a facilitator in the areas of strategic planning, operational planning, strategic community planning, community needs analysis and visioning with government agencies, local government and not for profit organisations.

Passions

Antonia is passionate about the outdoors, work-life balance and personal development through mindfulness and an appreciation of the balance between mind, body and spirit.

She enjoys the challenges and growth experienced by stepping outside your comfort zone and loves the outdoors and keeping active in body and mind. This led to her learning to fly with the Cambridge University Air Squadron and to completing her first solo after only 8 hours. She has also successfully completed the Avon Descent, climbed Mt Kilimanjaro and completed the 100km Oxfam Walk.  She plays competition tennis, has recently started playing hockey again and is currently learning to kite surf.
