Antonia's career as a professional coach and consultant began as a relationship coach for couples, blended families and in the workplace with employers and employees.
 
She has a background in senior management, health, and psychotherapy/counselling with a wide range of experience working with diversity including cultural, linguistic and gender issues in the government and not for profit sector.
 

Qualifications 

Antonia holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Western Australia. In 2001 she was awarded the WA Edith Cowan Women's Fellowship to carry out study/travel to the UK and USA and in 2004 was awarded the Clayton Utz prize in leadership.

Antonia maintains that valuing people is at the core of a thriving and dynamic organisation and her strength is in working creatively with employers to bring out leadership in their staff. Her approach to coaching is to assist in facilitating change and clarifying motivation and purpose. Antonia's goal is in coaching clients from self-limiting beliefs towards becoming more self-fulfilled people.

The programmes that she has developed have included managing performance with difficult staff, communication skills, and group facilitation. Her skills in mediation and alternative dispute resolution have led to specialising in change and conflict management, interpersonal skills and having difficult conversations.

Industry Experience

Antonia has developed and implemented government policy and legislation and has provided specialist policy advice to Ministers on health matters.

She has held senior management positions in non-government and government organisations and has practised as a psychotherapist/counsellor for over two decades.
