Team Surveys

Our team measures clearly identify your team’s strengths and the obstacles it’s facing. They allow you to see a base line from which you can reliably measure further improvement and will assist in identifying areas of weakness.

Our suite of team assessment tools cover a range of issues that arise within the team structure: from clarifying teams roles and the team’s vision, to identifying obstacles and areas where people like to most contribute.

The key concepts and principles needed for effective team functioning have been translated into easily understood tools for team building that can be used by leaders, human resource professionals and consultants to understand and build high performing teams.

We have a highly experienced team of facilitators to provide team coaching and development programs. The team coaching sessions are designed to get traction from the actions that are identified during the assessment process. These sessions are determined by the team and tailored in consultation with you to meet your aims and objectives.
