Integral Sustainability Survey

Integral Development has a point of difference from most sustainability auditors in that our approach includes creating an organisational change through a Cultural Sustainability Survey. The survey structure is based on Integral Theory and follows Ken Wilber’s four quadrant model. We believe that a four quadrant approach is effective in embedding sustainability in organisations.

The survey uses ID’s Sustainability Questionnaire to capture information regarding organizational environmental policy, energy, water, recycling, management (including client relations, culture and governance), and sustainability strategy. The survey provides an indication of the environmental performance of an organisation through the star-rating system shown below, with one star indicating below standard environmental performance through to six stars for a world leader.

Integral Development has extensive experience in conducting cultural sustainability surveys for major corporations such as:

  • Austral Bricks
  • City of Wanneroo
  • Department of Premier and Cabinet
  • Heggies Environmental Consultants
  • Department of Housing and Works
  • Kailis Bros
  • Landcorp
