Our Integral 360° Surveys have been used by over 5,000 Australian executives, managers and supervisors over the last 15 years. Developed and researched by Integral Development and Dr Ron Cacioppe, our range of Integral 360° tools are based on the Integral framework which has been widely acclaimed as one of the most relevant system theories for the 21st century. The profiles are a skill and behavioural based 360° feedback survey process designed to help senior executives and managers with their professional and personal development.
Our Integral 360° Feedback Survey Profiles have been used by a wide range of private and public sector organisations. From 2006 to 2009 we designed a 360° Profile for the WA state government to be used for mid-level managers and above as part of the state government’s leadership development strategy. It was the largest 360° feedback and coaching contract in the state.
