Participants can make a verbal complaint to the facilitator or administrative staff, which will be recorded, investigated and managed within the negotiated time frame. Alternatively, participants can complete a Complaints and/or Appeals Form, which can be requested from rto@integral.org.au.

Individual Learning and Assessment Needs (language, literacy and numeracy support):

Integral Development recognises that participants may have individual needs that affect participation in learning and assessment.  Participants are to declare their ability when enrolling but can also discuss any difficulties with the facilitator after enrolment. Integral Development can develop a strategy to assist the participant once identified.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer Policy

RPL is a form of assessment of the competence of a participant, while providing credit is recognising the equivalence of studies previously undertaken and completed successfully.  Integral Development accepts that participants may have gained skills as a result of formal or informal training, work experience and/or life skills.  Integral Development will provide participants with the opportunity to apply for RPL and/or credit transfer in accordance with its ‘Scope of Registration’ as a Registered Training Organisation.  RPL assessment shall follow the same principles as other assessments.
