Tim Rossi

Tim Rossi is an Associate Consultant and Coach with Integral Development, currently located in Sydney. He holds a Bachelors of Communication (BCOM) from the University of New South Wales and has acquired the numerous qualifications, credentials and training experiences over the years. Tim is a Senior Fellow in the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (SF FIN), a Fellow in the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and is a CPA. In addition, he obtained certificates in: Executive Coaching Professional Development from the University of Sydney Coaching Psychology Department, 360 Leadership Evaluation Analysis Certification from MRG USA, generative application of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) for Presentations, Training and Facilitation, Inform Training and lastly, debriefing The “Personal Directions” diagnostic and the MSC Emotional Intelligence Test.

Tim has also undergone training as an Executive Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching Australia, High Performance Coach Training from The Source International, Executive Coach Training with Sir John Whitmore, author of “Coaching for Performance” and Enneagram Personality Profiling from with Trifold School USA.

Tim brings to leadership development coaching, training and facilitation a background in senior management and management consulting. His early career centred on senior management roles with investment banks, including an executive directorship with Hill Samuel Australia (Now Macquarie Bank). Tim’s teams played a leading role in the rapid growth of Australia’s Money Markets.

After completing the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School, Tim was appointed CEO of Jackson’s Futures Ltd. During this period, the boutique broker rose to the top tier of brokers on the Sydney Futures Exchange.
