About Pat Linden

Pat is a very experienced consultant who has worked across a wide range of industries. She has extensive Public Sector experience and has aided the development of many Public Sector leaders. Pat has in-depth understanding of what it takes to move individuals, teams and organisations forward, surviving and thriving in the face of high levels of demand, change and restructure. She is highly skilled in assisting strategic performance enhancement. She has developed successful methods for producing robust learning and builds them in to any program that she develops, often achieving profound results in short periods of learning exposure. Pat is a registered psychologist and has been the Director of Corporate Innovations for the past fourteen years.

Pat’s particular areas of expertise include; resilience building, leadership development, change management, developing facilitators, the development of knowledge management systems, working with individual executives or teams of executives to assist in steering organisations through change or trauma, and the innovation of organisational development strategies. Pat is also skilled in rehabilitation of individuals following accidents, mental health issues, or displacement trauma.

Coaching Experience

As an experienced coach Pat has coached hundreds of clients from a wide range of industries, with a track record of outstanding results and very high levels of client satisfaction. Coaching areas have included leadership development with clients including very senior executives through to emerging managers and team leaders; building new teams or blended teams and merged entities; 360 degree feedback and follow up; rehabilitation coaching and counselling; personal marketing coaching; strategic career building; career guidance; and building resilience into self, teams, and organisations.

Consultation & Facilitation Experience

Pat is a very experienced and skilful facilitator and has taught facilitation skills and theory up to post-graduate tertiary level. Action learning set experience includes the conduct of several long-term leadership development programs utilizing action learning set facilitation structures and skills, including programs for the health industry and planning industry.

Pat is currently working in a large pilot project with W.A. farming families across many rural communities, assisting them to build resilient farming approaches and resilient farming families, as a precursor to climate change impacts. She developed the personal resilience building component of this project, and in addition to broad ranging facilitation and coaching is a personal resilience specialist. This ground breaking innovation is conducted through Curtin University and the W.A. Department of Agriculture and Food.
