About Nick Randall

Nick taught at The University of Western Australia in Community and Worksite Health Promotion and Health Education for 18 years, and has been successfully marketing, designing, implementing and evaluating worksite and community health promotion and leadership programs since 1985. Nick has delivered seminars and workshops to corporate entities throughout Australia and abroad and is highly sought after for his vast experience in developing corporate health programs. Nick’s teaching style has shown to have a significant impact on participant behaviour.

For five years Nick was Director of Optimum Balance, part of UWA’s Integral Leadership Centre, consulting to a wide range of organisations across Australia and Asia. Nick also presents on leadership development for clients such as Singapore Armed Forces Training Institute and on frontline management for organisations such as Clough Engineering.

Nick was a visiting academic at the University of British Columbia, presenting on management education programs.

Nick holds a Masters Degree in Education (MEd), Bachelor of Physical Education (BPE) and a Health Education Certificate (Health Ed Cert).
