Lorraine has over 20 years experience working with leaders in Australia and the UK as a manager, internal and external consultant. She works with a range of organisations, small to large, private and public sector, not for profit and in different sectors some of which include health, education, mining, human services, engineering, policy, risk management and legal.
Areas of expertise include HR, Managing Consulting, Organisational Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Cultural Change, Group facilitation and Executive Coaching. Lorraine's depth of exposure to coaching spans over several years and includes coaching executives, managers, professionals, high potentials and employees with challenging behaviour. Lorraine applies her extensive experience to working with leaders to enable the development of their people management skills and with individuals to ensure superior performance both at a personal and professional level.
