Concurrently, his work with St John of God Healthcare includes the development and delivery of education and training sessions in health, communication and life skills, facilitation of group programs and counselling to couples and individuals. His role as a counsellor and educator with government and non-government community groups has afforded Gregg the valuable experience of working at the interface of the private and public sectors.
Gregg brings to his coaching a unique synthesis of psychotherapy and corporate experience, with an experiential understanding of the complex challenges that confront the individual in the ever-changing modern working environment. He has a long and committed interest in assisting individuals to understand the underlying dynamics that can prevent or facilitate the practical action required to achieve personal and professional objectives. He is aware that the complex process of knowing ourselves as individuals and understanding ourselves in the process of relating to others is critical to achieving the goals of the individual and of the organisation.
Gregg has a supportive and helpful approach. His coaching style cultivates a space for personal growth, so that the self-knowledge and skills required to facilitate and manage change, and constructively resolve conflict can be developed and enhanced. Gregg believes that it is through the synergy of this process that direct benefits flow to the individual and the organisation to facilitate the fulfilment of strategic vision.Articles
