Organisation Survey Breakfast Seminar

Integral Development (ID) is running a seminar for those interested in using organisation surveys and taking advantage of the latest insights into getting the most benefit from conducting these surveys.

The seminar will present the results of research into best practice in organisation surveys and into ID’s own Integral Organisation Survey (IOS) and provide a preview of a new DIY initiative.

The seminar will address the following:

Ron Cacioppe

Ron Cacioppe is the Managing Director of Integral Development and holds a BSc, an MBA and a PhD. He has taught in the Graduate School of Management at Macquarie University, Curtin University and the University of Western Australia.

Michael Fox

Michael brings to the consultant role a blend of experience in the corporate, not-for-profit and consultancy arenas. His corporate experience leads him to be attuned to the importance of strategy with its operational, commercial, and cultural dimensions, while his not-for-profit experience makes him very aware of the community service dimension of organisations.

After 25 years in management and sales roles at BP and Wesfarmers Group, Peter Steffanoni became the People at ABN Manager for the ABN Group 4 years ago. He and Tracey have used the Integral Organsiational Survey over the last three years to assist their companies to become more aware of how their people are experiencing the companies and to facilitate change in light of the key issues that emerge from survey results.

Tracey Hudson is a registered builder and has had various management roles in her 15 years with the ABN Group. She currently organises their companies’ organisational surveys and shares the presentation of results and facilitation of action planning workshops with Peter.


Jonah Cacioppe

Jonah holds a BA from Curtin University and an MSA from Sydney University. He is a Director of Integral Development and has been involved in the design, administration and running of leadership and management programs over the last 12 years.
