Experience the Integral Leadership Program

There is still time to sign up for our elite leadership development training in our Perth facility. Beginning on 25-26 July, we will be conducting the Integral Leadership Program. This state-of-the-art program will be conducted for a total of six days, and is broken into three intensive modules of two days each, with a four-week break between modules. The second session is on 22-23 August, and the final session is on 19-20 September.

The program teaches the Integral Leadership model, which was inspired by the Integral Theory of philosopher Ken Wilber. The model, created by Professor Ron Cacioppe, incorporates the most evolved thinking in the fields of psychology, philosophy, science and leadership into what we commonly refer to as an “extraordinary theory of everything.”

Those who attend will be treated to a holistic approach to leadership development that has amassed numerous testimonials regarding its efficacy, from individuals to medium businesses to large corporations.

The Integral approach is designed to help develop and enhance the authenticity and interpersonal effectiveness of leaders. This enhances their ability to inspire and motivate others, while creating an energetic and positive environment that helps foster team effectiveness and the ability to manage change.

By the end of the program, participants leave with practical and powerful concepts, tools and skills, helping them to become more proficient and effective at leading organisations and people to success, both in the present and in the future.

It has been our experience that managers and leaders who have been trained in modern management concepts and practices are able to take their leadership to a higher level after completing the program. Organisational consultants, HR managers and other professionals also benefit from the program, and are able to apply what they have learned to enhance their leadership ability in their workplaces.

Topics include work/life balance, peak performance, being one’s authentic self in the workplace, inspiring, managing and motivating others, states and stages of leadership, how to develop high performance teams, coaching skills, how to lead organisational transformation and change, and how to create an Integral business strategy.

Ron Cacioppe is the Managing Director of Integral Development and holds a BSc, an MBA and a PhD. He has taught in the Graduate School of Management at Macquarie University, Curtin University and the University of Western Australia.
