Peak Performance Under Pressure

Mental fitness is an essential skill in today’s turbulent, demanding and changing society. Our ability to withstand the demands that our jobs, work and lifestyles place upon us is important in terms of decision-making, productivity, satisfaction and of course, personal health. Athletes prepare both physically and mentally to achieve and sustain peak performance. These skills are equally important for the non-athlete in every aspect of life. This workshop will improve decision-making, lifestyle choices, leadership ability, concentration and performance under pressure.
