Effective Facilitation Skills

As communication among staff, community groups and clients becomes increasingly important, managers need to draw on their skills of facilitation. This one day program will assist you to develop the skills and group process strategies to facilitate meetings and focus groups.

  • Feedback and confronting skills
  • LENS and SAID methods
  • Map data and SWOT analysis.

Ron Cacioppe

Ron Cacioppe is the Managing Director of Integral Development and holds a BSc, an MBA and a PhD. He has taught in the Graduate School of Management at Macquarie University, Curtin University and the University of Western Australia.

Hannah Fitzhardinge

Hannah has significant corporate and public sector experience, having spent the last 15 years working in the resources sector and in politics. Her roles have included senior management roles in Public Affairs at major oil and gas and iron ore companies, and for six years she was an advisor to the former Premier of Western Australia, Dr Geoff Gallop. Most recently she was Deputy Director – Health, Safety, Environment and Corporate Affairs at CITIC Pacific Mining.
