Integral Organisational Development

Integral theory and the application of the Integral Model in organisations have been described as the most relevant new paradigm for organisational development in the 21st century. The model provides a thorough and comprehensive way of understanding the interconnectedness of people and cultures in organisations and the importance they place on the work they undertake and the systems they prefer by which they do that work.

This workshop provides a broad overview of Integral theory and its application in the context of organisational development. Integral Theory is based upon the work of philosopher Ken Wilber and provides a useful and comprehensive map that can be invaluable in understanding the territory of the internal and external environments an organisation and its people operate in. The model can be used to understand the many ‘realities’ of the modern enterprise and the experience of the employees in it.

Participants will complete and receive a 360° Integral Leadership and Management Profile and one coaching session.

Ron has been described by clients as a seer of cultural dynamics, and a navigator for the emerging culture.
Nick's background includes extensive experience working in University environments developing and delivering accredited and non-accredited corporate training programs for industry clients.
