Developing Leadership Capability

This program is designed to develop and enhance the skills and knowledge managers require to effectively lead a team or workgroup in a modern business environment. The workshop content includes developing leadership plans, implementing team solutions and supervising the performance of a group. The workshop covers the foundational skills that first-time leaders and  supervisors require. The program draws upon the resources of our Integral Frontline Management Program.

Presenters


From the close-knit tribalism of clan life in his native Scotland, through the aggressiveness of adolescent life in Glasgow, to insights into fundamentalism of religious movements, and on into the corporate boardrooms of the UK and Australia, Ron has lived through and observed a diversity of thought and perspectives most people never even dream of. Ron has been described by clients as a seer of cultural dynamics, and a navigator for the emerging culture.

Nick's background includes extensive experience working in University environments developing and delivering accredited and non-accredited corporate training programs for industry clients.
