Integral Diploma of Leadership and Management

Embark on your leadership and management journey through our unique program that offers the opportunity to gain a BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management, whilst also exploring the Integral model of leadership and gaining insight into your authentic self.

In its sixth consecutive year, our Diploma program has earned a reputation across Perth businesses as one of the most transformational leadership programs available.

This unique program takes place over four months, during which time you will attend a three-hour launch to start you off on the exciting journey; three two-day modules; and culminating in a grande finale day involving an outdoor adventure that creatively allows you to demonstrate your new skills and knowledge. You will undertake a 360 degree process that includes three coaching sessions, arranged at your convenience with one of our qualified coaches. You will also develop and implement a project within your workplace, and give a brief presentation about it at the grande finale.

After the program, you will be required to submit work to be assessed. Assessment for the Diploma is administered through Integral Development (RTO Code 52143).

At the core of your journey is the Integral Leadership model, based on Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory. Wilber’s work has been widely acclaimed by leaders such as Bill Clinton and Al Gore and brings together the most advanced thinking of science, philosophy, psychology and leadership into an extraordinary ‘theory of everything’.

The program is designed to enhance and develop your authentic self; your interpersonal effectiveness and ability to motivate and inspire others; your ability to energise and drive team effectiveness, and finally to enhance your business performance and ability to manage change.

The program director, Dr Ron Cacioppe, is one of the leading writers and thinkers in the area of Integral leadership theory and practice. He will help you learn and apply some powerful concepts to your leadership and management style.

You will take away powerful and practical tools, concepts and skills that will help you become highly effective in management and leadership of people and organisations.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

If you believe you have already undertaken sufficient formal learning or vocational experience, you may be eligible to apply for RPL. We have a straightforward RPL process that includes a one-hour coaching session, should you require it. Ron Cacioppe

Ron Cacioppe is the Managing Director of Integral Development and holds a BSc, an MBA and a PhD. He has taught in the Graduate School of Management at Macquarie University, Curtin University and the University of Western Australia.

Karen Kotzé

Karen has 15 years of experience in program development, facilitation, training and working with groups in both private and public sectors in Perth. She is known for the enthusiasm she adds to group programs, and her skills in interpersonal communications, and personal and professional development.

Peta Main

Peta commenced her career in training and development approximately 15 years ago and has developed a wide range of expertise in the fields of leadership development, change management, team alignments, and organisational development.

Megan Davidson

Megan is an energetic consultant with over 25 years’ experience in leadership and has specialised in organisational learning and development. She has had significant experience in operational management having served as an officer in the Australian Regular Army for 11 years within the corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (RAEME).

Alan Piper

Alan has extensive management and leadership experience with an engineering background and a passion for practical strategies which achieve good results in complex programs and projects. Alan has 10 years’ experience as a WA Government Director General and CEO leading large organisations with diverse and complex services, significant human service delivery challenges, major change programs and significant infrastructure developments. In his Justice role he managed significant internal health services, services for Aboriginal people and significant clinical, forensic psychiatric social programs and training and skills programs as well as counselling and rehabilitation programs.

Jill Dare

Jill brings to her coachees over 20 years of organisational development and consulting experience. Jill graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Business and has worked in the fields of organisational development, research, marketing and training and leadership development. Jill has also completed her Diploma in Coaching with Coach School WA and has partially completed her Masters in Education, studying the relationship between organisational design and change.

Travis Thomas

Travis joined Integral Development in 2012 after relocating from the US. While working in the US Travis held a 5+ year career with United Healthcare, the United States largest health insurer. Travis holds a BA from the University of South Florida in Psychology and is Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified.
