Terms and Conditions

You must read and agree to the Terms & Conditions before any orders can be placed with us. The Terms may be modified at any time without notice to you by posting the revised Terms on the Site. We encourage you to view this Site and the Terms regularly. Your continued access of the Site shall be deemed your acceptance to any changes in the Terms and Conditions.

Payment

Integral Development accepts the following payment methods:

• Secure Online Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Offline credit card payment by telephone
• Direct Deposit
• Offline payment by cheque/money order

Please note, personal cheques will need to be cleared before confirming order.

Offline Payments

Some people are uncomfortable with transmitting their credit card details over the internet, or do not have a credit card. Integral Development offers a number of options for your convenience:

• Credit card payment by telephone
• Direct Deposit
• Payment by cheque / money order

For payments by cheque, we accept personal/business cheques, bank cheques and postal orders. Please note that orders by cheque are not processed until the funds have cleared and this takes three working days.

GST

All GST charges will be invoiced to the customer and are included in the total product price throughout the site where applicable.

Course Registrations and Fees

Course fees are payable in advance. Confirmation and receipts for your order will be issued within 24 hours of payment being received.

Delivery policy

Online articles will be available to download immediately once payment is received.

Cancellations

If course cancellations are received less than ten working days prior to commencement of the course the FULL fee will be charged. In the case of exceptional circumstances it is at the discretion of Integral Development to refund fees. In the event that the workshop is cancelled by Integral Development all participants will be notified and a full refund offered or, alternatively, a place on the next available course.

No other refunds will be provided.

Storage and Security of your details

Integral Development uses the best SSL security to encrypt sensitive information such as credit card details submitted by users purchasing Integral Development’s products via the secure online order form. Any user information stored either online or offline by Integral Development is kept in a secure location and access is restricted to authorised employees only. Integral Development will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to your personal information.

Errors of information provided on the site

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in information due to a data entry (typographical error), Integral Development shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product/s listed at the incorrect price. This will also apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Integral Development shall within 7 days issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Reserved Rights

Integral Development reserves the right to alter without notice, our websites products, material, policies and conditions that govern the use of our website at any time. We encourage you to review the sites terms and conditions regularly for any updates or changes. By continuing to access or use our website shall be deemed your acceptance of any changes.
