Integral Development began over 15 years ago as Integra and became well-known and recognised as a quality provider of customised training and leadership development. Integra worked with a large number of public and private organisations in Australia and developed many of the Integral products and services that are offered today. In 2005, the name Integra was changed to Integral Development to represent the increasing emphasis being placed on the Integral framework in all capacities of the organisation’s work.
