To build competent mid-level managers to support the growth and diversity of the business.
The Program
Integral Development conducted two, five-day residential programs for mid-level managers. These programs included sessions on strategic management, building effective teams, financial management and case study and action learning presentations to senior management. Managers were also encouraged to participate in health and fitness sessions each morning along with cholesterol checks and feedback for all participants.
Each MDA manager received feedback on a tailored Integral 360° Leadership and Management Profile and received follow-up coaching.
Outcomes
Attendees gained an increase understanding and commitment to the strategic goals of Monadelphous and improved their skills in managing teams and performance of individual employees.
