The Challenge
To design and conduct an organisation survey within a multicultural Middle Eastern organisation.
The Program
This involved conducting an Integral organisation survey for the entire staff. The survey measured 32 dimensions that make an effective organisation and also measured the values and culture of the organisation. It also facilitated action plans for each individual section within the organisation.
Outcomes
Following the survey there was a clear measure of job satisfaction, morale and culture of the organisation as well as action plans for improvement.
