The Challenge
To provide current knowledge on important and relevant topics for leaders and to deepen this practice based on reflective learning.
The Program
Integral Development designed a series of three programs to be held over a number of days. Leaders & Aspiring Leaders; Reflective Learning Groups and Leadership Management for Middle Teams were designed around the principles of adult learning, Appreciative Inquiry and reflective learning. Participants worked with facilitators to develop their skills.
Outcomes
Participants gained knowledge which they found useful in applying to everyday working life and believed the course reinforced the benefits of self reflection, communication skills and positive interactions.
