Benefits of Executive Coaching for the Individual and the Organisation

Benefits of Executive Coaching

Many executives think they are “too busy” for executive coaching, but numerous CEO’s in Perth disagree. Integral executive coaching has helped individuals in many Perth businesses, from the team leader to the CEO, progress to a higher level of performance.

The Integral Approach to executive coaching is focused on solutions and results. This helps executives affect positive changes in the workplace that result in more production, better performance and more growth, both for the individual and the company.

How the Individual Benefits

Management personnel on all levels are finding that executive coaching improves performance. Due to the time constraints that often affect Perth businesses, training from an outside agent is most helpful at supporting executives in attaining their goals.

Executive coaching helps to utilise one’s strengths while identifying one’s development areas. It is customised to the individual, helping to meet the unique needs of the student and it is an opportunity to experience a powerful growth tool, personally and professionally, in a fully supportive environment.

Recipients of executive coaching are usually better able to manage stress and easily transition from a style of confrontation to one of collaboration. Coaching also provides the busy executive a structured opportunity to observe his or her own behaviour, resulting in time to regroup, reflect and craft new strategies.

Executive coaching is focused on results and solutions, while providing objective insight into performance and potential. It has been proven in numerous studies to be more effective than most training programs.

How the Company Benefits

Corporate success is built upon a foundation of individual development, which makes a company stronger. This is especially relevant for executives who make decisions that affect the company on a daily basis.

First, our executive coaches identify the skill gaps of individuals. Then, a customised plan for development is created, increasing retention and motivation. The executive becomes more effective at managing or adapting to change and this results in improved performance.

The Integral Approach
